TAGC 2016

For Doug’s summer travels, he will be heading down to Orlando, Florida to present a poster at the 2016 The Allied Genetics Conference (TAGC) hosted by the Genetics Society of America (GSA). This conference is focused on bringing together 7 different genetics communities to “deepen the understanding of the living world by advancing the field of genetics”.  Doug obviously presented his work as a part of the C. elegans community, but was also able to interact with people from the ciliate, drosophila, mouse, yeast, zebrafish, and population genetics communities.
