Prof. Vadim Yakovlev Named Fellow of the International Microwave Power Institute

CIMS member Prof. Vadim Yakovlev was named Fellow of the International Microwave Power Institute (IMPI).  Only 4 fellows have been named in IMPI in the past 10 years.   From the press release on the announcement::
