Welcome to Ultrafast THz and Optical Spectroscopy Lab. We use ultrafast optical spectroscopy and terahertz spectroscopy to probe dynamics of photo-excited charge carriers in nanomaterials with applications in photovoltaics, optoelectronics and THz photonics.

Our lab is a part of WPI Energy Research Group and of the Lab for Education & Application Prototypes (LEAP @ WPI/QCC, a part of the national American Institute for Manufacturing Integrated Photonics, AIM Photonics). You can find us on the 4th floor of 50 Prescott Street at WPI’s Gateway Park.
