Early Career Leadership with the GSA and Liz
Every year the Genetics Society of America (GSA) accepts a cohort of applicants to their Early Career Leadership Program. Members of this program are early career scientists, graduate students and post-docs, who gain professional development training and mentoring. Participants also serve on committees to further develop programming to address the needs and concerns of GSA members and scientists. This year Liz DiLoreto was selected to participate on the Policy and Advocacy Subcommittee. She hope to learn about the world of science policy development and make her lab proud!
